CSFF is strongly committed to Quality Systems in manufacturing highest quality products.
Stringent Quality Control and Quality Assurance is maintained to control various quality parameters that
ensures and exceeds customer's needs. Continuous improvement of process and updating of quality systems
make sure to bring out the perfect products, keeping pace with fast changing needs of the global market.
The Plant is certified to ISO 9001-2008 (QMS), ISO 14001-2004 (EMS) & OHSAS 18001-2007 (OHSMS) by TÜV SÜD Germany.
The products manufactured at CSFF adhere to the international standards such as British Standard (BS), American Standard (ASTM),
German Standard (DIN), Russian Standard (GOST), Japanese Standard (JIS) along with the Internal and Customer Standards.
The Company has a well-organized Quality Control department of qualified, experienced and trained persons.
The major functions of the department are to inspect and test all the incoming, in process and finished materials.
Complete identification, traceability and inspection status are maintained at each of the above stages.
All the incoming materials are checked according to laid down procedures for acquiring right material
to manufacture specified products. At each stage of manufacturing,
Quality Control Inspectors are engaged to ensure only defect free materials are produced.
By identifying non-conforming products, actions are taken to prevent recurrence of defects as a continuous process
of improvement. Finally, each product goes through final inspection before being shipped.
The company has modern inspection and testing facilities to keep update with the present requirements
of fast and accurate inspection and testing need. The company has also developed in-house jigs and fixture
to carry out product based inspection.
